State of the art production
In 2017 we moved to our current 50,000 sq ft factory in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow, Scotland.
We have invested heavily in the latest woodworking machinery, CAD hardware and software and staff training and development. As a result, our business is growing and we’ve been named one of the UK’s 12 most exceptional businesses by the Citi Foundation.

Quality at every stage
Quality control plays a very important part of our business. Each batch production has spot checks, with whole units being picked and assembled to confirm assembly precision and ease.
Each member of staff, at a particular workstation, has a specific role to play in ensuring that the quality of our products is of the highest standard. This includes monitoring both the technical specifications and the overall quality of each panel. Careful logging of the checks made to the parts as they move between machines; checking, size, finish, and hole precision. The Quality Control Supervisor keeps detailed reports of all inspections carried out. We are continually looking for ways to increase the quality of our products.
From design to dispatch, everything we do revolves around delivering exacting quality with industry-leading flexibility and reliability.
A real passion for design
With our specialised design team and facilities, we can take any idea from the initial concept, production prototypes and then right through to a finished product.
We work closely with our clients, finding out exactly what they want and proving a range of detailed design solutions.
Once we fully understand what is required, we can create 3D CAD concepts, and if required can use our prototyping technology to provide full-sized, fully finished production-spec kitchen prototypes.
We also can create POS artwork, along with packaging design, and end-user assembly instructions (for flat packed products).
Our fully computerised manufacturing process gives us unrivalled control over our production output.
We can go straight from 3D software to finished piece in a single step, making it simple to design and manufacture high precision bespoke items quickly and at extremely competitive prices.
We have invested heavily in the latest manufacturing equipment allowing us to produce products to a truly superb standard.
We currently manufacture a range of flat-pack furniture, both own brand and contracted work. We produce these products in a variety of modern colours and wood grains and also provide all the necessary fittings and fixtures required to assemble each unit.
Our range covers every price point and we have cabinet solutions ranging from budget to high-end luxury.
Although MFC is our core product, we are always searching for new materials that can be used alongside this, to create exciting new products. We use glass for panelling and doors.
We can specify kitchen finishes in just about any colour or wood style you can think of. Choose from traditional painted Shaker-styles to an exciting range of contemporary hard-wearing high-gloss designs in a huge selection of colours and wood-effect finishes.
We use a number of plastic profiles and metal fabrications to liven up our products, plus headers/banners can be bought for advertising on display stands.
Flat pack or fully assembled kitchens, the choice is yours
We have an area beside production which is dedicated to the assembly and packaging of products.
We have skilled staff who can build these units with speed and the required precision. After assembly, the products are packaged and can be delivered from the factory on pallets.
We currently produce a number of fully assembled items, including kitchen carcasses, display stands and aquarium cabinets.
